Thank you for shopping with Bold Berries, LLC! We’re a South Carolina-based small business offering made-to-order apparel and accessories through print-on-demand services. Each item is made especially for you, which helps reduce waste and support mindful production.

Please review our shipping policy below for details on production times, shipping estimates, tracking, and more.

🛠️ Order Processing & Production Time

  • All items are made to order through a trusted print-on-demand fulfillment partner.

  • Once you place your order, production typically takes 2–7 business days before your order ships.

  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).

  • During peak seasons (e.g., holidays, major sales), production may take slightly longer.

🚚 Shipping Times (After Production)

Shipping time depends on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Average transit times after production:

Note: Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed. Delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, holidays or weather are outside of our control.

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order weight.

  • Occasionally, we offer free U.S. shipping promotions—be sure to check the banner on our website or sign up for our newsletter!

📬 Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

  • If your package appears delayed, please check the tracking link for carrier updates.

  • If your order is marked as delivered but not received:

    1. Check with household members or neighbors.

    2. Contact your local postal service.

    3. Email us at admin@boldberries.co for assistance.

We’ll do our best to help, but Bold Berries is not responsible for carrier errors or theft after delivery.

🛑 Incorrect Shipping Address

  • Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order.

  • We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect or incomplete address information.

  • If you notice an error after checkout, contact us ASAP at admin@boldberries.co. If the item hasn’t entered production yet, we may be able to update it.
